01 Privacy policy

Who is responsible

This website is operated by GreenCore AI Ltd., registered in Sofia, Bulgaria (“GreenCore AI”, “we”, “us”).

What we collect

We collect personal data only when you choose to send it to us:

• Enquiry forms. The contact form, the datasheet request and the custom build enquiry ask for your name, organisation, work email and, optionally, a description of your requirement.
• Email correspondence. Anything you include when you write to us directly.

We do not collect analytics data, we do not profile visitors, and we do not use automated decision-making.

How the forms actually work

This is worth being explicit about, because it is unusual. The forms on this site do not post to a server. When you submit one, your browser opens a pre-filled message in your own email application, which you then send yourself. Until you press send in your email client, nothing leaves your device. We receive your enquiry as an ordinary email.

This means the content and delivery of that email are also handled by your own email provider under their terms.

Why we process it, and on what basis

• To answer your enquiry and to send technical documentation you asked for. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To keep a record of correspondence for as long as the commercial relationship or enquiry remains live. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is received and read by our own team. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Our email is hosted by a standard business email provider acting as a processor on our behalf. The site itself is served by our hosting provider, which processes ordinary server request logs.

Where it is held

Within the European Economic Area. Where any processor operates outside the EEA, transfers are covered by an adequacy decision or by Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a commercial relationship starts, in which case the relevant records are kept for as long as required by applicable accounting and tax law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any of these, email us at the address above. We will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (Комисия за защита на личните данни, cpdp.bg).

Children

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data relating to minors.

What this site stores

This site sets no cookies. It uses your browser’s local storage for two preferences, so the site remembers how you like to read it:

Why there is no consent banner asking permission

Under the ePrivacy Directive and the GDPR, consent is required for storage that is not strictly necessary, which in practice means analytics, advertising and tracking. The three entries above are strictly functional: they exist only to honour a choice you actively made, they contain no identifier, and they are never read by anyone but your own browser. They therefore fall within the exemption and do not require consent.

We show a short notice rather than a consent wall because there is nothing to consent to. If that ever changes, this section and the notice change with it.

Third parties

The site loads its two typefaces from Google Fonts. That request reaches Google’s servers and, like any web request, exposes your IP address to them. No cookie is set by that request. If you would rather it did not happen at all, the fonts can be self-hosted on request.

There are no other third-party requests: no analytics, no tag managers, no embedded video, no social widgets, no advertising networks.

Removing what is stored

Clearing site data for this domain in your browser removes all three entries immediately. Nothing is stored anywhere else.

03 Terms of use

Scope

These terms govern your use of greencoreai.eu. By using the site you accept them. They do not govern any supply of equipment or services, which is dealt with in a separate written contract.

The site is information, not an offer

Everything on this site is provided for general information. Nothing on it constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, a warranty, or a commitment to supply on any particular specification, schedule or price.

Technical figures and the sizing calculator

This matters, so it is stated plainly. Specifications, capacities, schedules, drawings and the output of the sizing calculator on this site are indicative and illustrative. They are modelled from typical configurations and from published third-party figures for grid carbon intensity and energy pricing, which change over time and vary by contract.

• They must not be relied upon for investment, procurement, regulatory or carbon-reporting purposes.
• They do not form part of any contract unless repeated in a signed written agreement.
• The reference design shown on the site is a worked engineering example, not a record of a delivered project.

Binding figures are issued only in a written quotation or contract.

Intellectual property

The content, drawings, layout and code of this site are owned by GreenCore AI or licensed to it. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not republish, sell or systematically copy any part of it without our written permission. Third-party names and marks, including NVIDIA and Dell, belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on the site or from its unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where we link to a third-party site we do so for reference. We are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria, and the competent courts in Sofia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
